The 6-Week Evolution Challenge is our Mind+Body Transformation Program. We created The Challenge because we wanted to make a comprehensive program that delivers the best of the best of what we do here at Evolution. Simple and effective, but FAR from easy!

You get Unlimited classes throughout the 6-Week Challenge and will learn how to master the two best fat-burning, athlete-building exercises there are; the Hardstyle Kettlebell Swing and The Getup.

These two exercises ALONE yield life-changing results. You’ll also gain access to our Make Me Mobile, Make Me Sweat, and Make Me Strong classes giving you absolutely everything you need to become the strongest version of yourself.

As experts in the industry our Supercoaches know that consistency is king and showing up is 80% of success. Each week you’ll have 49 classes to choose from and will be able to come in as much as you’d like. Bingo-Bango-Bungo!

So here’s the funny thing about meal plans… we’ve found they really DON’T work for the vast majority of our members. Members often feel like they’re either “on” them or “off” them. It’s too black and white… The truth is life-changing transformation happens in those in between, “gray” areas.

The black and white nature of a meal plan suggests that people have to eat perfectly at each meal (to match what’s listed in the plan) — or they’ve failed.

And we’re not in the business of helping people fail…

Finally, meal plans also assume people already have the skills to follow them. 

But that’s just flat out not true…. Most people who aren’t eating healthy don’t have the basics down to maintain a meal plan.

Without skills like:

  • planning grocery shopping;

  • choosing the right items from the store;

  • storing and preparing food correctly;

  • eating slowly and mindfully;

  • tuning into hunger and appetite cues;

  • avoiding problem foods; and

  • choosing better options at restaurants...

...following a meal plan becomes hopeless. 

We might as well ask you to bench press 405 pounds when you can only bench 135 pounds. No matter how badly you want to, you don’t have the skills or capacity.

Challengers will have a Mind+Body tracking sheet to track their progress with each of their 5 habits every week throughout the 6-Week Challenge.


Simply mark an “X” on the days you do you successfully practice a habit and an “O” on the day’s you don’t.


Each Habit includes info on what it is, why you should develop it, and examples of how you can practice it throughout your 6-Week challenge.
