What is it?
The Back to School Challenge is NOT your typical fitness challenge.
We won’t be measuring your waist, pushing you to achieve a “strength status”, or hammering you to lose the most weight you can.
Instead, we’ll teach you the skills of strength, nutrition, and mindfulness and how to apply them to your individual lifestyle.
Over the course of 30-days you develop strength skills in the gym, nutrition habits outside the gym, and mindfulness skills to practice while on the go…

Saturday September 9th
At 11am we’ll have a 2-hour Challenge Workshop dedicated towards arming you with everything you need to know about the next 30-days.
At the workshop you’ll be given your Challenge Journal – a customized journal designed to make it easier for you to track your progress throughout the challenge.
With your journal you’ll be able to keep track of how many points you earn each day for training, practicing nutrition habits, and using mindful skills.
