Our Make Me Strong class was developed to give members a full hour dedicated to strength movements proven to develop life-changing strength like :

  • Deadlifts

  • Squats

  • Pull-ups

  • Push-ups

  • Overhead Pressing

  • Getups

  • And Carries/Core Work

Backed by science and build on a foundation of StrongFirst Kettlebell, Barbell, and Bodyweight Instruction, Make Me Strong will help you develop total body strength while peppering in some of our Make Me Mobile Kinstretch work to help improve your mobility as well.

No prior strength training experience is needed for our Make Me Strong class.

And in fact is the perfect class for all ages wanting to begin the journey of becoming the strongest version of themselves.
