SFG Level I Certified
SFG is a highly-demanding certification, mentally and physically. 25-30% failure rate is typical. SFG Instructors meet the highest standard in the industry.
SFG Level II Certified
Advanced Certification reinforces the principles and skills learned at the SFG I, then expands on them. Candidates must recertify their SFG I skills—and then meet an even higher standard of strength, movement skill, and coaching. SFG II is taught by the most qualified kettlebell instructors on the planet, hand-selected by either Pavel or Chief SFG Brett Jones.
Bodyweight User Course
Teaches you how to get a “powerlifting-quality” working using only your bodyweight as resistance. Push-up variations including the 1-arm pushup, single-leg exercises including the pistol squat, and pull-up and abdominal exercises
2-day certification covers a variety of concepts including (but not limited to): BioFLOW Anatomy, Biomechanics, The Physiology of Stretching, Articular Function, Progressive tissue loading & adaptation, Cellular Tensegrity, Cellular Morphogenesis & Biophysics, Flow Psychology

Before I started I was a little intimidated thinking that I was not coordinated enough to workout with kettle bells…boy was I wrong. Chris is very patient and showed me the proper way to workout with kettle bells. Chris is a lot of fun and the hour flies by. I look forward to getting stronger!
I cannot speak highly enough of Chris from evolution strength and performance. I always thought that I was in shape and ate healthy, but I have realized there is much more to it than that. I personally had a very bad accident back in 2012 and broke my back. I never thought that I would be able to do half the things that I am doing. It’s such a great feeling to know I can get my body strong and conditioned. I would recommend visiting the gym no matter your age or experience. Chris will guide and walk you through all the steps of the kettle bell and it is truly a lot of fun!!
I worked out with Chris in Los Angeles. He is an exceptional trainer, extremely dedicated to his craft. He is constantly improving his skills and has a unique ability to teach to all abilities. He will take you through each exercise at the right pace to ensure you are doing it properly, before increasing weight or reps. I highly recommend his approach, as I saw dramatic results, even at the age of 44, coming off of an injury.
I only wish he had stayed in LA and we could have continued to work together. My loss could be your gain.
